基地位于基地位于杭州市滨江区,离钱塘江一箭之遥。本项目为集商务酒店、办公、宾馆、大型商场和娱乐中心为一体的综合项目,其功能将满足高新技术产业开发区发展带来的需求，建成后将成为该地区重要的区域中心,并成为滨江区乃至杭州市的标志性建筑。

如何在山水城市- 杭州的边缘树立起150米的超高层塔楼？这对设计师来说，意味着不仅仅将近10万平米的建筑面积合理按竖向配置。更为重要的是，如何使摩天大楼的大都会形象更有机和自然地植入当地本土文化氛围中去？设计的入手点同时发展合理的结构形式和对意向形式的寻找。在实验和尝试的过程中长鼓形式的外层主结构和蚕茧肌理的表皮得到了一个逻辑性的结合。这样，在开阔的钱塘江畔，投入崭新都市生活的年轻人，会在迈出传统的西湖山水的长卷的时候，意外地收获由轻盈、通透的渐变体积所维护塔楼意向......

The site is located in Binjiang,Hangzhou within a stone's throw away from the Qiantang River. The project is integrated for service apartment, office, hotel, shopping and entertainment center. Its functions will meet the demands of the high-tech industry development zones. It will become an important regional center and become a landmark of Binjiang District, even of Hangzhou.

How to build a 150-meter high tower on the edge of the idyllic city as Hangzhou? To designer, it not only means nearly ten thousand square meters of building area can be configured vertically, the more important thing is how to implant the image of metropolis and skyscrapers in the local native culture. The design starts form rational forms of structure and intention. In the course of experiments, a long drum cocoon outer structure and the texture of the skin get a logical combination. Thus, when young people have a new urban life beside the wide Qiantang River and watch the traditional West Lake landscape, they will unexpectedly harvest the image to maintain the tower from the lightness and transparency of the gradient volume..... .
