M50苏州河沿岸改造加建主体工程基本竣工，该楼原为厂区宿舍，经过改造和加建将成为艺术家酒店，艺术家丁乙、周铁海、施勇等将受邀设计客房部分，预计本项目2010年底将全部完工。

M50 Suzhou Creek Waterfront Building 21 renovation’s main construction process is completed. The original factory dormitory is rebuilt and renovated to become an art hotel. Artists DING Yi, ZHOU Tiehai and SHI Yong etc. are invited to design the art hotel’s rooms. It is estimated that the whole building will be completed by the end of 2010.
